Caffeine Dreams Building

I’m in a great coffee house in Omaha, NE called Caffeine Dreams. I’ve avoided (for the day) most of the in-laws. Actually, Krista’s mom and Grandma are sick, so the usual flurry of activity is not as heavy as usual.

My sister-in-law is graduating with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University this weekend; we are all jammed into her small, upstairs 1 bedroom apartment and various hotel rooms.

In other news: The truck is officially totaled. Christmas is still canceled in some places.

    This is all public knowledge from both word and deed. They know I’m a grumpy old bear and have learned how to steer clear at certain times :-)

    Hey Isaac! I found your blog through Mike Clair. It’s amazing the people you find by entering the world of blogging. How are things? I’m glad to hear that you survived both an accident(?) and Christmas with the in-laws. I was lucky enough to spend Christmas with my family in Ohio (and IN…and IL…it was a long trip)…it’s the first Christmas with the munchkin (Ethan Scott, born Oct 7, 2005) so it was quite the adventure. Anyway, hope all is well! Take it easy and tell Krista I said hi! :)
